At KSU, we believe there is no substitute for the global enrichment provided by geographic, ethnic, racial, religious, and cultural diversity. If you’re an international student planning on applying to KSU, you should plan to have all documents in at least one month before the published deadline for your selected program. International students must meet basic international admissions requirements for their classification, and you may have additional requirements based on visa type, country of origin, and educational history.
You are considered an international student if you meet the following criteria:
- You are not a US citizen or permanent resident
- You live outside the US and will require an F-1 visa to study in the US
- You currently live in the US on a non-immigrant visa (B1, F2, J1, J2, G, or H1, etc.)
- You are in the process of applying for Permanent Residency status but have not yet received your Permanent Residency card
